About Jayden Tan
Jayden Tan has been actively involved in both statutory and non-statutory audits of international and local companies since 2012. Over the course of his career, he has developed a broad and diversified portfolio, serving public and privately held clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, fund management, investment holding, technology, infocommunications, semiconductor, manufacturing, trading, and retail. This extensive exposure has enabled him to build strong technical capabilities alongside a practical understanding of industry-specific challenges.
In addition to his audit experience, Jayden has undertaken a variety of non-assurance engagements, including business valuations, internal audit reviews, and enterprise risk management assignments. His ability to integrate assurance and advisory perspectives allows him to deliver well-rounded insights that support clients in strengthening governance frameworks and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Jayden possesses significant experience in IFRS and SOX reporting, particularly in coordinating with overseas auditors for multinational clients. He has also led and managed audit engagements for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange, navigating complex regulatory requirements while ensuring high-quality financial reporting.
Prior to joining HLB Atrede, Jayden was a Senior Manager with PwC and an international consulting firm, where he gained valuable exposure to large-scale engagements and cross-border assignments.
Jayden holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He continues to bring a balanced blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership to his professional engagements.
